Executive Chef Lin has over 20 years experience teaming up with owner Billy at the successful downtown location Sushi Delight. Chef Lin study for over 4 years under master chefs in Japan, this valuable experience enables him to bring unique taste sensations direct from Japan to the delight of their customers. For example, Tako Sushi is one of only a few restaurants that offer fresh lobster sashimi. In addition to sashimi, the live lobster can also be experienced as teppanyaki or as tempura - guaranteed to satisfy any discriminating plate!
